Our Team
Mallory Khalifa
Mallory has managed international client portfolios worth over £20M+ a year, and has been active in property development, project management, and investment raising since 2014, building a portfolio of over £3M across flips, commercial office renovations, flats, serviced accommodation, and HMOs. She brings strong business acumen and a talent for building trusted, lasting relationships with clients and partners. Mallory also has a background in interior design, with additional architectural training, giving her a well-rounded perspective across the design and delivery of each project.

Francesca Allen
Francesca brings 15 years' experience in project management and design, with an extensive track record working alongside charities and public health organisations including the NHS, Public Health England, Guy's and St Thomas' Charity, Citizens Advice and Diabetes UK. Since 2019, she has been actively developing property with a £3M portfolio in flips, HMOs, flats, and serviced accommodation — and brings a strong ability to build client relationships and grow business through trust and long-term partnerships. She has a keen eye for numbers and oversees the day-to-day operations of F&M Homes.

Supported Housing Expert & PartnerDonna Chadwick-Bloore
Donna has over 20 years of experience in the housing and care sectors, she has dedicated her career to creating high-quality homes for vulnerable adults and guiding organisations through the complexities of supported housing and property development. Over the past eight years, Donna has successfully transitioned into property development, working with charities, care providers, and housing associations to secure, design, and deliver housing schemes. Her work has helped provide safe and sustainable homes for hundreds of people across the UK.
Project Manager & PartnerKatie Chadwick-Bloore
Katie is a PRINCE 2 qualified project manager with 15+ years' experience in retail and construction. As founder of her own construction company, she delivered high quality housing for 250+ tenants, achieving a combined GDV of £15M. She has also grown businesses that secured, designed, and developed property on behalf of charities, care providers, and housing associations delivering safe, sustainable homes to hundreds of vulnerable people.
